Jakarta - PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) through its subsidiary, PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) has invested in RANS Entertainment.

President Director of Surya Citra Media, Sutanto Hartono, said that his party has a minority stake, although it is quite significant. However, Raffi and Nagita are still the majority shareholders in RANS Entertainment.

"We are not in a position to disclose the investment value or the percentage of ownership. Raffi and Nagita still have the majority of shares from RANS and the EMTK Group has minority ownership," he said in a statement, Jakarta on Friday (29/10).

According to Sutanto, together with SCMA, RANS, which has high popularity and growing business line, can be more agile in growing its business.
