Jakarta - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) and Samin MTS are collaborating on a joint study on a project to develop an underwater cutting system and develop decommissioning technology.

Both parties agreed to follow up on joint research by participating in decommissioning projects held in Indonesia by applying a collaborative study.

One of the decommissioning projects in question is the abandonment and site restoration (ASR) project, and the company may also apply it to other decommissioning projects. Later, a subsidiary of Elnusa, Elnusa Construction Fabrication, will carry out the cutting tool system research results.

President Director of Elnusa Ali Mundakir said this collaboration is a form of Elnusa's role in supporting government programs and capturing existing business opportunities.

"The agreement between Korea and Indonesia will certainly promote G2C and B2B cooperation between the two countries in the maritime offshore services sector
