PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) has completed the sale of 1.25 million shares in PT Elang Medika Corpora (EMC) to PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME).

"The completion of this transaction has been carried out on August 2, 2021," said EMTK Corporate Secretary Titi Maria Rusli in the IDX information disclosure, Wednesday (4/8).

According to Titi, after the transaction is completed, SAME currently owns 99.999% of EMC's issued and paid-up capital.

The value of the share acquisition transaction reached Rp1.35 trillion.
