Jakarta - PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (ATIK) business entity, PT Empora Digital Raya (EDR), plans to sell its 51% stake in PT Indonesia Digital Exchange (DEX) to PT Cipta Aset Digital.

"The share sale agreement made between EDR and PT Cipta Aset Digital on January 19, 2022," said ATIC President Director Harry Surjanto Hambali in information disclosure in Jakarta on Monday (24/1).

The transaction value for the sale of shares is Rp. 76.5 billion, which exceeds 20% of the company's total equity.

Based on the financial statements as of September 30, 2021, the company's total equity was Rp320.46 billion.

The proceeds from the sale of 51% of DES's shares were recorded as net income from the sale of the company entity and recorded as deposits, thus providing added value from interest on deposits.
