Jakarta - A subsidiary of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), PT Batutua Tambang Abadi (BTA) plans to take part in the new shares issued by PT Hamparan Logistik Nusantara (HLN) with a 55.67% share ownership.

Based on the company's information disclosure on Tuesday (3/29), this corporate action plan is conducted under an agreement made by BTA, JLN, and PT Provident Capital Indonesia (PCI).

The total price for the share takers is Rp5.35 trillion.

Meanwhile, BTA's shareholders are PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) with 99.50% and PT Batutua Abadi Jaya with 0.50%.

PCI is one of the company's controllers, and HLN is an affiliate of PCI.

The transaction value is around 49.5% of the company's total equity ending on September 30, 2021, which was recorded at US$756.824 million.
