Wijaya Karya Unit Obtains Rp1.7 Trillion Syndicated Loan


Jakarta - The business entities of PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) and PT Wika Tirta Jaya Jatiluhur (WTJJ) received a syndicated loan of Rp1.675 trillion.

This syndicated loan comes from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur, and PT BPD West Java and Banten Tbk (BJBR).

This syndicated loan is made up of Rp1.080 trillion in investment loans (KI Principal) and Rp92.476 billion in investment loans – interest during construction (KI IDC). They completed the transaction on April 1, 2022.

"This transaction was carried out to finance the construction of the Jatiluhur I regional SPAM project, which is part of WTJJ's capital expenditure, with a portion of capital expenditure fulfilled through bank facilities and 30% through WTJJ equity," WIKA Corporate Secretary Mahendra Vijaya said in a statement on Wednesday (4/6).
