PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT) said EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd had increased its share ownership in the company by around 1.71 billion shares, becoming 43.79% or 13.65 billion shares.

The transaction was carried out on March 10, 2021, with an exercise price of Rp. 168 per share, totaling Rp. 288 billion.

"This transaction is intended for investment," said Corporate Secretary of Centratama, Wiwik Septriandewi, in a written statement, Thursday (18/3).

Earlier, on February 24, 2021, EP ID Holdings also purchased 11.94 billion shares of the company, with a transaction price of Rp168 per unit with a total transaction value of Rp2 trillion.

Centratama's controlling company,  Clover Universal Enterprise Ltd, had also purchased its shares of 1.91 billion shares at Rp168 per share, totaling Rp321.74 billion.
