Jakarta - PT Erafone Artha Retailindo collaborated with The Gioi Di Dong Joint Stock Company to establish a joint venture company engaged in the retail business, focusing on consumer electronics in Indonesia.

"The formation of this joint venture will have an impact on expanding the company's line of business in the consumer electronics retail sector," said Corporate Secretary Amelia Allen in information disclosure on Wednesday (3/16).

Amelia added that there was no affiliation between the parties who made the transaction.

Erafone is an entity of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) with 99.82% ownership. Meanwhile, The Gioi Di Dong is a subsidiary of Mobile World Investments Corporation, a multi-category company in Vietnam.
