PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) distributes dividends from retained earnings as of December 31, 2020, amounting to Rp353.29 billion.

Based on information disclosure on Monday (29/3), the company will absorb 49.09% or Rp173.45 billion to be distributed as cash dividends from retained earnings at the end of 2020.

The dividend to be distributed is Rp70 per share. To launch this corporate action, the company has held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on March 24, 2021.

As scheduled, cum and ex-dividends in the regular market and negotiations will be held on April 1-5, 2021, while cum and ex-dividends on the cash market will be carried out on April 6-7, 2021. The recording date for those entitled to dividends is April 6, 2021, and dividend distribution will be made on April 22, 2021.

For information, the retained earnings at the end of 2020 are not only used for the distribution of cash dividends, but the company will also absorb 0.06% or Rp200 million for reserve funds."The remaining 50.85% or Rp179.64 billion will be used as working capital and to anticipate the company's expansion financing plans," said the company's management.
