Jakarta - PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) plans to resell 146.92 million shares from the buyback.

According to the prospectus published on Thursday (4/11), the company has appointed PT Samuel Sekuritas to carry out the resale of shares through stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The share repurchase implementation period will be carried out in stages until all the shares repurchased are sold out.

Currently, the shares from the buyback are recorded as treasury stock with 146.92 million shares.
