PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) announced that Fountain City Investment Limited had sold 3.10 billion shares of BNBR.

"We do not know the transaction price, transaction date, and purpose of the transaction," said BNBR Corporate Secretary Christofer Alexander Uktolseja in the IDX information disclosure, Tuesday (6/7).

After this transaction, Fountain City's share ownership in BNBR is 3.982 billion shares or 18.82% of the 7.087 billion shares or 33.49%. As of January 31, 2020, the composition of BNBR's share ownership consisted of Fountain City Investment Ltd of 33.97% or 7.08 billion shares, Daley Capital Ltd of 10.73% or 2.23 billion shares, Credit Suisse AG's Singapore branch of 9.71 % or 2.02 billion shares, PT Asuransi Simas Jiwa-Simas Equity Fund 2 as many as 5.89% or 1.22 billion shares, and the public 39.70% or 8.28 billion shares.
