Jakarta - PT Global Digital Niaga (GDN) becomes the new controller by owning 1.10 billion shares or 70.56% of the issued and fully paid capital of PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (RANC).

"GDN has purchased 305.96 million shares in the mandatory tender offer for RANC shares," said GDN President Director Kusumo Martanto in information disclosure in Jakarta on Wednesday (12/29).

The composition of share ownership by the new controller, namely GDN, before the implementation of the mandatory tender offer was 797.88 million shares or 51% of the issued and fully paid capital of RANC.

Meanwhile, the company must purchase shares in the mandatory tender offer a maximum of 766.598 million shares.

The mandatory tender offer implementation period is November 16-December 15, 2021, and transaction completion is on December 27, 2021.
