Jakarta - PT Protect Mitra Perkasa Tbk (OASA) announced that Gafur Sulistyo Umar (GSU) took over 179.3 million shares owned by PT Indovest Centra and Anton Santoso as OASA's shareholder.

The signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) on December 2, 2021, marked the step. GSU carried out the takeover of OASA shares through the IDX negotiation market of 179.3 million shares owned by IC and AS or 50% of the total issued and fully paid shares.

The transaction will be completed on December 3, 2021, at Rp112 per share.
