Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has temporarily suspended PT Garda Tujuh Buana Tbk (GTBO) shares starting from trading on January 5, 2023.

"The suspension of trading of GTBO shares is due to a significant cumulative price increase, so cooling down is needed," IDX Transaction Supervision Division Head Lidia M Panjaitan said in today's information disclosure.

Suspension is carried out in the regular and cash markets to provide sufficient time for market players to consider carefully based on the information available in every investment decision-making in the company's shares.

He appealed to interested parties to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company.
