PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) will distribute cash dividends for the 2020 financial year amounting to Rp8.467 trillion or Rp72.8 per share.

In an official publication on Friday (28/5), management stated that the company would make the cash dividend payment on June 18, 2021. The decision to distribute cash dividends approved by shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 27, 2021.

In addition, the company also appointed Dina Lombardi as Director of HM Sampoerna to replace Guillaume Papiol.
