Jakarta - PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM) plans to sell 136.98 million treasury shares.

"The implementation time is 31 August-1 September 2021," said the IDX information disclosure on Wednesday (18/8).

The company appointed PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia to sell the treasury shares.

Previously, the company had repurchased 177.35 million treasury shares.
