Jakarta - The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) is currently monitoring the development of prices and share transaction activities of PT Tanah Laut Tbk (INDX).

"There has been an unusual increase in the price and transaction activity of INDX shares compared to the previous period (unusual market activity or UMA)," said Head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division, Lidia M Panjaitan, in Jakarta on Friday (3/18).

In connection with the UMA, IDX expects investors to pay attention to the listed company's response to the exchange's confirmation request, to pay close attention to its performance and information disclosure.

In addition, investors should review the company's corporate action plan if the plan has not received approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

"Also consider various possibilities that may arise in the future before making investment decisions, "he explained.

According to Lidia, the announcement of UMA does not necessarily indicate a violation of the laws and regulations in the capital market sector.
