IDX Suspends Trading of Bank Ganesha Shares
The Indonesia Stock Exchange temporarily suspended the trading of PT Bank Ganesha Tbk (BGTG) shares on the regular market and cash market, starting session I on Wednesday (3/3). The Exchange has just lifted the suspension the previous day.
"We urge interested parties to always pay attention to the disclosure of information conveyed by the company," said Head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division I, Lidia M Panjaitan, in the IDX disclosure on Wednesday (3/3).
Apart from BGTG, the Exchange also suspended the trading of PT Cipta Selera Murni Tbk (CSMI) on the regular market and the cash market starting from the trading session I on Wednesday (3/3).
"The suspension of the two securities companies is due to a significant increase in cumulative prices," she added.
President Director of Bank Ganesha, Lisawati, in the IDX disclosure on Monday (1/3), emphasized that the company is not aware of any material information or facts that could affect the value of the company's securities.
Meanwhile, the last CSMI submitted information disclosure to the Stock Exchange was on February 17, 2021, regarding the public exposure results' announcement on the date. President Director of CSMI, Arriola Arthur Raphael said, the company plans to allocate funds of Rp1 billion per store used for the short term, namely to change the menu structure to the international menu.
