Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has temporarily suspended the shares of PT Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk (IBFN) on trading on February 10, 2022.

The IDX Head of Assessment Division I, Lidia M. Panjaitan, explained that the suspension was carried out because the Financial Services Authority (OJK) had revoked the IBFN business license.

"With this in mind, the Exchange has decided to suspend the company's shares in all markets starting from the first session of securities trading on February 10, 2022, until further announcements are made, " he was quoted as saying in information disclosure in Jakarta on Thursday (10/2).

The Exchange also appeals to interested parties to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company.
