Jakarta - PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) has purchased part of the amount owed on its 2024 debt securities with an aggregate principal amount of around US$29.019 million.

"The 2024 debt securities that were repurchased represent 5.05% of the initial principal value of the bonds," said INDY Corporate Secretary Adi Pramono in an information disclosure on Monday (10/17).

He added that, after the repurchase, the amount owed from the 2024 notes was US$333.377 million, representing 57.98% of the initial principal amount of the 2024 notes.
