Jakarta - PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) sold 2.343 million shares from the buyback on April 6, 2022.

The selling price of the buyback shares is Rp26,225 per share. Thus, the funds obtained by ITMG are around Rp61.460 billion.

"After the sale of these shares, the company has finished selling all of the shares from the buyback," said ITMG Director Junius Prakasa Darmawan in an information disclosure on Friday (8/4).
