Jakarta - PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) has announced a name change to PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Tbk, which will be effective when the company merges with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia on December 1, 2021.

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison's brief prospectus published on Friday (17/9), Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison will have various business strategies to continue to grow, such as improving and optimizing the performance of the combined network, maintaining and increasing the level of service quality to customers to protect ISAT's revenue and market share.
