Jakarta - PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk (IKAI) has released its ownership in PT Realindo Sapta Optima (RSO) and PT Mahkota Artha Mas (MAM) to PT Mahkota Properti Indo Medan (MPIM).

"The signing of the deed of sale and purchase of RSO and MAM shares by the company and MPIM will be carried out on December 22, 2021," said IKAI President Director Teuku Johan Rafffli in an information disclosure Monday (27/12).

The details are the takeover of 1.57 million shares in RSO with a transaction value of Rp157.04 billion and 17,875 shares in MAM with a transaction value of Rp17.87 billion.

MPIM will pay it in the form of additional paid-in capital to take all new shares issued by MPIM.

After the transaction, MPIM controlled 98.6% of RSO's shares and 99.7% of MAM's shares. MPIM is a business entity owned by 99.8% by the company.
