Jakarta - The buying action by investors supported the strengthening of the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) at the opening of trading on Thursday (14/10) by 15.31 points.

"We estimate that the JCI has the potential to strengthen today, in line with the continued accumulation of net buys by foreign investors, especially in the banking and commodity sectors," said PT Samuel Sekuritas Research in Jakarta.
