Jakarta - Managing Director of Mind ID, Hendi Prio Santoso, said the plan for the initial public offering (IPO) of Inalum Operating and Mind ID shares is still under review.

"Inalum Operating's IPO will be taken after the spin-off process from Mind ID is completed," he said in a Hearing Meeting (RDP) with Commission VI DPR RI in Jakarta, Wednesday (16/2).

According to Hendi, Mind ID is still separating Inalum Operating and Mind ID. Therefore, the Mind ID IPO plan will also be reviewed.

"Including the pros and cons, the benefits. This study will be carried out in the near future.
