Jakarta - PT MNC Vision Networks Tbk (IPTV) has agreed to acquire the Cameo Project for 57%.

IPTV took this step as the company's ongoing commitment to consistently increasing the variety of digital content offerings that are growing rapidly, especially content devoted to the OTT platform, Vision+.

"We are very pleased to be able to work more strategically with Cameo Project, they have a lot of experience in pioneering various digital content and are also involved in various important projects with leading clients," said IPTV President Director Ade Tjendra in his statement on Tuesday (19/10).

Ade assessed that by expanding the company's commercial relationship in the form of stock investment, this step would allow the company to work more closely with the Cameo team in better meeting the needs of OTT viewers and IPTV media consumption patterns.
