Jakarta - PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) posted a surge in current-period losses attributable to owners for the January-September 2022 period of around 236.12% to Rp1.926 trillion from the same period last year of only Rp573 billion.

The company's financial report released on Friday (11/4) showed a lower operating profit of about ten times Rp137.068 billion from Rp1.809 trillion, which triggered the swelling loss.

Other income also shrank by around 84.01% to Rp165 billion from Rp1.032 trillion.

Net income decreased by around 12.92% to Rp10.455 trillion from Rp12.007 trillion.

The company successfully reduced the cost of revenue by around 3.31% to Rp4.317 trillion from Rp4.465 trillion.

LPKR's total assets were recorded at Rp51.126 trillion as of September 2022, with liabilities of Rp30.656 trillion and equity of Rp20.470 trillion.

Meanwhile, cash and cash equivalents were at Rp2.793 trillion.
