Jakarta - PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) managed to increase its net profit attributable to owners for the January-September 2022 period by around 138.38% to US$44,141 million from US$18,517 million in the same period last year.

The company's financial report released on Tuesday (11/1) showed the higher net sales of ENRG by around 16.38% to US$344.007 million from US$295.585 million, bolstering the higher net profit.

With soaring net sales, the cost of goods sold also increased by around 14.29% to US$200.187 million from US$175.165 million.

Operating expenses increased by around 11.66% to US$11.879 million from US$10.638 million.

However, net operating profit increased by about 20.17% to US$131.930 million from US$109.780 million.

The company also managed to increase its gain on foreign exchange by about 29.20% to US$227,812 from US$176,320. In addition, interest income doubled to US$36,166 from US$15,811.
