Jakarta - PT Wijaya Karya Tbk recorded a loss attributable to owners for the January-September 2022 period of around Rp27.960 billion, compared to a similar period last year when it earned a profit of Rp104.943 billion.

The company's financial report, published on Monday (11/14), showed a higher cost of revenue of around 9.53% to Rp11.691 trillion from Rp10.673 trillion, which triggered this loss.

Nevertheless, WIKA was able to increase net income by around 9.82% to Rp12.791 trillion from Rp11.647 trillion.

The company reduced operating expenses by around 23.39% to Rp235.078 billion from Rp306.869 billion. Thus, operating profit strengthened by about 29.65% to Rp865.546 billion from Rp667.568 billion.

However, other expenses almost doubled to Rp818.137 billion from Rp494.408 billion.
