PT Jasa Marga Tbk divested part of the shares of PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta (MLJ), a subsidiary of Jasa Marga, which manages the JORR W2 North (Ulujami-Kebon Jeruk) toll road.

"Officially, the divestment of Jasa Marga's 14 percent stake in PT MLJ is carried out through the signing of the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) with PT Jakarta Marga Jaya (JMJ) on Monday (28/6)," said Jasa Marga's President Director, Subakti Syukur in his statement on Monday (28/6).

Prior to the divestment, Jasa Marga owned PT MLJ at 65% of the total equity and PT JMJ at 35%. After the transaction, Jasa Marga's ownership becomes 51%.

PT MLJ is a Toll Road Business Entity that manages the 7.67 Km North JORR W2 (Ulujami-Kebon Jeruk) toll road, which has been fully operational since 2014 with 40 years of concession rights (2005-2044).
