Jakarta - PT Jasa Marga Tbk Tbk divested 40%, or 2,265,778 shares, of PT Jasamarga Jalan Flyer Cikampek (JJC), known as the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed elevated toll road, to PT Marga Utama Nusantara.

"This step is marked by the signing of a share purchase agreement between the company and PT Marga Utama Nusantara on June 30, 2022," said Jasa Marga Corporate Secretary Nixon Sitorus in an information disclosure in Jakarta on Tuesday (7/5).

He explained that the company's share ownership in JJC is one of the objects of separation from the Jasamarga Transjawa Tollroad Regional Division.

The completion of the transaction will still depend on fulfilling several preliminary requirements stipulated in the sale and purchase binding agreement for shares.
