Jakarta - PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) sold 6.250 million shares of PT Ismawa Trimitra to PT Griya Energi Sejahtera.

The company signed the deed of sale and purchase of PT Ismawa Trimitra's shares on September 14, 2022.

Before the transaction, Griya Energi Sejahtera controlled 18,750 shares or 75%, and Jasa Marga 6,250 million shares or 25%.

With this transaction, Griya Energi Sejahtera owns 100% or 25 million shares of Isnawa Trimitra.

"This transaction allows the company to obtain funds to strengthen the company's liquidity and capital structure," said Jasa Marga Corporate Secretary Nixon Sitorus in an information disclosure on Monday (9/19).
