Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) at the end of trading on Tuesday (5/10) weakened 0.86% or 54.64 points to 6,288.

At close, 191 stocks were up, 331 stocks were down, and 134 stocks were unchanged. The total transaction volume reached 30.89 billion shares with a turnover of Rp17.58 trillion.

Nine sectoral indexes entered the red zone. Meanwhile, the two sectoral indices were still able to strengthen until the market closed.

Meanwhile, the top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Timah Tbk (TINS) which rose 6.64%. PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) increased 5.36%. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) gained 5.34%.

Among the top losers in the LQ45 were PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), which fell 6.41%. PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) slid 5.32%. PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA) decreased 4.79%.
