JCI Closes Falling 0.91% to 6,493


Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index at the end of trading on Tuesday (2/11) fell 59.61 points (0.91%) to 6,493.27.

There were 163 stocks rising, 368 stocks weakening, and 143 stocks unchanged. The total transaction volume reached 18.81 billion shares with a turnover of Rp11.37 trillion.

Ten of the 11 sectoral indices fell along with the JCI. Only the health sector rose 0.10%.

Meanwhile, the top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) which rose 1.89%. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) was up 1.37%. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) gained 1.13%.

Meanwhile, stocks among the LQ45 top losers category included PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN), which fell 3.91%. PT PP Tbk (PTPP)  slid 3.33%, PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) was down 3.26%.
