The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) at the end of trading today, Wednesday (7/4), strengthened 0.56% or 33.85 points to 6,036.62.

Of all traded stocks,  251 stocks rose, 225 shares fell, and 164 stocks were unchanged. The total volume of stock exchange transactions reached 22.30 billion with a market turnover of Rp9.02 trillion.

Meanwhile, the shares included in the top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA) which was up 4.98%, PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) gained 2.93%, PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) rose 1.85%.

Meanwhile, the stocks among the LQ45 top losers included PT PP Tbk (PTPP), which fell 4.12%, PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN) was down 2.02%, PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk (BTPS) declined 2.02 %.
