JCI Ends Down 0.46% at 6,167


The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) at the end of trading today, on Monday (29/3), closed down 28.74 points or 0.46% to 6,166.81.

Of the Composite,  204 stocks rose, 287 stocks weakened, and 144 stocks were unchanged. Total share trading volume reached 15.06 billion shares with a total value of Rp10.44 trillion.

Three sectors of the stock have survived into the green zone. Meanwhile, seven other stock sectors are in the red zone.

The stock sectors that managed to strengthen were the basic industrial sector, which rose 1.45%, the manufacturing sector gained 0.67%, and the consumer goods sector increased by 0.58%.

Meanwhile, the sectors with the deepest weakness were the mining sector, which fell 2.05%, the construction sector fell 1.39%, and the infrastructure sector fell 1.38%.

Among the stocks in the LQ45 were the top gainers, namely, PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) (4.36%), PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA) (3.94%), PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) (2.60%).

Meanwhile, among the LQ45 top losers included, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) (-7.00%), PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) (-3.25%), PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) (-2.99%).
