JCI Opens up 0.83% at 6,324


At the opening of trading today, on Friday (12/3), the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened up 601.5 points or 0.83% at 6,323.77.

Of all traded stocks, 239 stocks rose, 66 stocks fell, and 150 stocks were unchanged. The total share trading volume reached 1.17 billion shares with a total value of Rp851.64 billion.

All sector indices strengthened, supporting the increase in the JCI. The stock sectors with the highest increase were the mining sector which rose 1.61%, the miscellaneous industry sector rose 1.18%, and the plantation sector rose 1.14%.

Meanwhile, the shares among the top gainers of LQ45 were PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) rose 4.27%, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) rose 3.59%, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) rose 2, 80%.

Meanwhile, the LQ45 top losers' stocks included PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) fell 1.25%, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) was down 0.75%, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (BBRI) decreased 0.35%.

Foreign investors recorded net purchases of Rp55.23 billion in all markets.

The stocks with the largest net purchases by foreigners were PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) Rp27.8 billion, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) Rp15.5 billion, and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) Rp12.9 billion.
