This year, PT KAI (Persero) targets revenue of Rp17.39 trillion and a loss for the year of Rp708.90 billion.

Based on the 2020 annual report published Wednesday (30/6), the realization of 2020 was Rp18.07 trillion in revenue and Rp1.69 trillion in the current year's loss.

KAI also projects an operating expense of Rp17.04 trillion, with an operating profit of Rp17.04 trillion.

As a company engaged in mass transportation, KAI has excellent prospects for developing both passenger and freight transportation and various potentials for the commercialization of company assets.

In addition, the development of freight transportation which has been proven as the backbone of the company's revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic, has opened up vast potential. Thus, encouraging KAI to be able to create other business strategies.
