Jakarta - PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), until the end of the first semester of 2021, has used capital expenditure (capex) of Rp235 billion.

Kalbe Farma Corporate Secretary Lukito Kurniawan Gozali said this year the company has prepared a capital expenditure of Rp1 trillion.

"The investment allocation is not as big as the previous year, which was mostly used to prepare production facilities at the Deltamas Factory, Cikarang. Until the first semester of 2021, the capital expenditure used is Rp. 235 billion, the rest is for maintenance or repair of 15 production facilities," he said in his statement on Tuesday (5/10).

In terms of product marketing, Kalbe exports a lot to Southeast Asia and Africa.

The company exports all product categories in accordance with the provisions of the local country's Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
