Kalbe Farma Takes over Elang Mahkota's Unit


Jakarta - PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) has taken over the shares of PT Medika Komunika Teknologi (MKT), a company that manages KlikDokter telemedicine services from PT Kreatif Media Karya (KMK), a subsidiary of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK).

"The transaction value in the share acquisition process reached Rp62.5 billion. On September 30, 2021, we carried out two transactions, the first was an increase in the paid-up capital of PT Karsa Lintas Buana (KLB). Kalbe Farma and PT Bifarma Adiluhung have agreed to increase the paid-up capital from Rp 362.5 billion to Rp 425 billion," said Kalbe Farma Corporate Secretary Lukito Kurniawan Gozali in a statement in Jakarta, Tuesday (5/10).

According to Lukito, the increase in paid-in capital makes Kalbe Farma the holder of 99.98% shares or Rp.424.91 billion in Karsa Lintas Buana.
