MAMI Posts 40% Lower Loss to Rp36 Billion in Jan-Jun


Jakarta - PT Mas Murni Indonesia Tbk (MAMI), until the first semester of 2022, managed to reduce the current year's loss rate attributable to owners by around 40.14% to Rp36.21 billion from Rp60.5 billion in the same period the previous year.

In the financial report released on Friday (9/30), the company's ability to reduce losses was triggered by low direct costs and the cost of goods sold by around 20.13% to Rp25.789 billion from Rp32.304 billion.

Revenue also increased by around 2.12% to Rp42.59 billion from Rp41.70 billion.

However, operating profit fell almost seven times, to Rp7.25 billion from Rp48.78 billion.

Until the first semester of 2022, MAMI's total assets reached Rp1.77 trillion, with liabilities of Rp510.84 billion and equity of Rp1.26 trillion.
