Jakarta - The PT Jasa Marga Tbk consortium set up a joint venture company named PT Jasamarga Akses Patimban.

Apart from Jasa Marga, the other consortium members are PT Adhi Karya Tbk, PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk, PT PP Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya Tbk, and PT Subang Sejahtera.

"Jasa Marga has invested in shares of Rp13.75 billion, or 55% of the total issued and paid-up capital in Jasamarga Access Patimban," said Corporate Secretary of Jasa Marga Nixon Sitorus in an information disclosure on Thursday (1/19).

This joint venture company assisted the company in the construction, operation, and maintenance of toll roads and other business activities.

"This joint venture will increase the company's market share in the development and operation of toll roads in Indonesia," he said.

Bakhtiyar Efendi, the Corporate Secretary at PT PP Tbk (PTPP), explained that PTPP would receive a recurring income from this joint venture, supportin
