Jakarta - PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) achieved pre-sales or marketing sales of Rp1.33 trillion as of September 2022, around 73.8% of the marketing sales target for this year of about Rp1.8 trillion.

According to Deltamas Director Tondy Suwanto, the sale of industrial land is still the main contributor to the marketing sales achievement.

"In the first nine months of 2022, we managed to sell around 40.7 hectares of industrial land. Most of the sales of industrial land in the first nine months of 2022 were contributed by sales of industrial land to data centers, "said Tondy Monday (10/17).
