Jakarta - PT Krakatau Steel Tbk recorded a monthly highest production of cold-rolled steel or Cold Rolled Coil (CRC) steel in the history of the Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) factory, at 81,342 tons at the close of CRC production on October 31, 2021.

The previous highest record was made by a company with issuer code KRAS in July 2008 for CRC steel products with achievement of 80,032 tons.

"This achievement proves that the restructuring and transformation process at Krakatau Steel also increases factory productivity. The resulting production is a steel product that has been ordered, so that Krakatau Steel is able to maintain stock inventory at an efficient level," said Krakatau Steel President Director Silmy Karim in his statement on Tuesday (2/11).
