Jakarta - PT Bank Mandiri Taspen (Bank Mantap) throughout 2021 recorded a net profit growth attributable to owners of 50.45% to Rp645.67 billion compared to the same period the previous year, Rp429.16 billion.

The lender's financial report published Monday (31/1) showed that the strengthening of net profit was supported by an increase in net interest, sharia income, and premium income by 55.17% to Rp2.62 trillion from Rp1.69 trillion.

However, operating expenses other than net interest increased by around 58.15% to Rp1.78 trillion from Rp1.12 trillion.

Until the period ending December 2021, Bank Mantap's total assets were at Rp45.54 trillion. Liabilities and equity were at Rp41.51 trillion and Rp4.02 trillion, respectively.
