Jakarta - PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT) throughout 2021 posted a net profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity, reaching US$109.11 million, an increase of 157.51% compared to the same period the previous year of US$42.37 million.

According to the financial report released on Thursday (3/31), the increase in net profit was supported by the company's revenue growth of around 35.17% to US$3.15 billion from US$2.33 billion.

However, the cost of revenue and direct expenses increased by approximately 35.42%, to US$2.37 billion from US$1.75 billion.

The company was able to reduce its financial burden by approximately 14.38%, from US$213.68 million to US$182.94 million.

In addition, it was also able to gain foreign exchange gains of US$2 million, from the previous loss of US$10.06 million.

The company's total assets were $9.24 billion as of December 31, 2021, with liabilities of $4.97 billion and equity of $4.26
