Jakarta - PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) in the first semester of 2021 recorded a net profit of Rp137.77 billion, an increase of about 22.03% compared to the same period in the previous year of Rp112.90 billion.

According to the financial report published on Wednesday (1/9), rising revenue by around 14.06% to Rp366.66 billion from Rp321.45 billion supported the higher net profit.

KSEI also pocketed an associated net profit of Rp1.80 billion from the previous loss of Rp1.68 billion.

However, the cost of revenue rose 11.22% to Rp191.81 billion from Rp172.45 billion.

KSEI's total assets for the period ending June 2021 were at Rp2.72 trillion, with cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period of Rp1.35 trillion.
