Jakarta - PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) throughout 2021 posted a profit for the year attributable to owners reaching Rp1.73 trillion, an increase of around 31.43% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp1.32 trillion.

The financial report released Monday (4/18) showed that the increase in profit was supported by a 20.55% increase in revenue, to Rp9.72 trillion, from Rp8.07 trillion.

Along with revenues, the cost of goods sold and direct expenses also increased by around 23.80%, from Rp3.94 trillion to Rp4.88 trillion.

Until the end of December 2021, CTRA's total assets were recorded at Rp40.66 trillion, with a liability position of Rp21.27 trillion and equity of Rp19.39 trillion.
