Jakarta - PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI) throughout 2021 posted a profit for the year attributable to owners of Rp659.89 billion, an increase of 23.64% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp533.73 billion.

Teky Mailoa, President Director of DUTI, said that the achievement was bolstered by a 26.26% increase in operating income.

"The solid sales performance stems from the high demand for the property units we market," he said in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday (4/6).

Meanwhile, the sales segment for land, high-rise houses, shop houses, and strata title buildings at the end of 2021 contributed Rp1.60 trillion, growing 47.84% from the previous Rp1.08 trillion.

This segment contributed the most to total operating revenue, which was 73.63%.

With revenues of Rp444.85 billion, the rental segment became the second-largest revenue contributor, with a portion of 20.43% of total operating revenues.
