PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) recorded sales growth of around 86% to Rp1.31 trillion in the first quarter of 2021 compared to the same period last year of only Rp703 billion.

CFO of Lippo Karawaci Yudhistira Rusli said that the sales achievement was already 37% of the marketing-sales target for the 2021 fiscal year, set to reach Rp3.5 trillion. Of this target, about 60% of them will come from the parent company.

"The sales achievement was driven by sales of the middle-class segment tread housing cluster, representing 63% of total sales. This achievement is the company's highest sales in one day for more than 20 years," said Yudhistira in a written statement, Friday (9/4).
